Holistic Health By MK is a nurse practitioner-led bioidentical hormone replacement therapy clinic located in Grande Prairie; however, patients are accepted from across Alberta virtually and receive care through telemedicine. 

The mission is to help people not only feel better but feel optimal by “helping you, look after you”.  You will receive comprehensive care including an extensive health history and assessment, along with a care plan/treatment plan developed specifically for you.  Services provided include bioidentical hormone replacement therapy treatment to optimize hormones, education, and guidance for your health.  Care also includes functional medicine or complementary alternative medicine suggestions based on symptoms and blood work.  Because the clinic provides treatments beyond what are provided in primary care clinics, it is not covered under the public health care system.

Prices:

The fee for the first consult is $400 (this includes a review of your blood work, a one-hour appointment, a written care plan, and your script/prescription).

Follow-up fees are $175 and you must follow up at 3 months, then every 6 months thereafter.

All consult and follow-up fees must be paid prior to your appointment or it will be assumed cancelled.
